3 Signs That You Are SCALING YOUR BUSINESS from Your Zone of Genius | Episode 017 - The Woman Entrepreneur Podcast

Do you know that when you scale your business from your ZONE OF GENIUS, money gets easier and easier to make?

"Zone of Genius" is a term coined by Gay Henricks in his book, The Big Leap. If you haven't read it yet, it's an absolute must-read!

The reason it's important to learn about your Zone of Genius is because it will help you work less, make more and have fun on your business-building journey (that's the NFA Money Mantra!).

In its simplest definition, your Zone of Genius is when you're doing what you most enjoy doing. Zone of Genius activities feel natural and automatic, are easy to do and are highly rewarding. You'll feel a sense of purpose and energy when doing Zone of Genius activities. You will want to do these activities all day long and won't have any problems with procrastination or fear because you'll be solution-oriented and inspired to keep going (even in the face of challenges). 

Because Zone of Genius activities are so fun and rewarding (and most people have the money block belief that money is hard to make), it's easy to overcomplicate Zone of Genius discovery. So, let's breakdown what to look for, so that you can discover your Zone of Genius more easily!

HERE ARE 3 SIGNS THAT YOU'RE SCALING YOUR BUSINESS FROM YOUR ZONE OF GENIUS:

1. You Will Wake Up Excited to "Work"

Discovery Journaling: Identify 3-5 activities you wake up SUPER EXCITED to do in your "work" week (I put "work" in quotes because when you're in your Zone of Genius, your "work" will feel like play!) 

2. You'll Be Focused, Fear(less) and In Action

Discovery Journaling: Identify the top 3-5 activities you do each week for "work" where you are hyper-focused, feel fearless and take action automatically (without procrastinating).

3. Your Money Magnetism Will Increase

Discovery Journaling: Identify the top 3-5 activities that bring you the easiest, most enjoyable money in your business.

Now, after you've journaled about all 3 signs from above, look for patterns across all three. What are the common activities you're doing that are causing you to 1) wake up excited to work, 2) be focused, fearless and in action, and 3) be more magnetic to money?

Once you discover the overlaps, you'll know your Zone of Genius so you can have a starting place to redesign your business by dropping, automating or delegating everything away that is not aligned with your Zone of Genius. This is the path to scaling your business the fastest in order to make the most enjoyable money!
